Dad had broken his ankle whilst working in hemel hempstead hospital by falling off a ladder. We left for a holiday in cornwall early on the Saturday morning in seperate cars. On our journey we spotted a car on the hard shoulder with a person trying to change a flat tyre. It was dad hobbling around emptying the boot to get to the spare wheel. When we realised it was dad we quickly pulled over to help.
